2. How much is shipping?
    - We offer Flat Shipping of $6.95, and FREE Shipping on orders over $99, no matter how many banners,
      you purchase, basic method is UPS Ground,
      we sometimes use USPS, Priority mail to Hawaii, Alaska. U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO destinations

3. What if I need my order delivered faster than UPS Ground?
    -We offer shipping choices of UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air,
     3 Day select. and you can check the rates of different options
     after finish shopping right before submitting final Order.

-File Spec-

1. What is the file spec for best Quality Printing?

1. Vector Format PDF, EPS, AI, CDR files (font outlined) in any size (graphic proportional to the size ordered)

2. if Raster (pixel based photo) image included in the file, JPG or PSD file would be the best
    JPG or PSD in 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi (Best)
    50% scale at 200dpi or higher (better)
    25% scale at 300dpi or higher (good)
    10% scale at 300dpi (minimum) 600-1200 dpi recommended

thumbnail size jpg, gif,, files would not print good quality banner
usually jpg or gif in under 100Kb in size

Again, size doesn't matter on vector format files
we can blow it up to any size at laser sharp image.

-CUSTOM BANNER-

1. How fast do you make the banners?

    - most banners made and shipped out within 24-72 hours, we do our best
      to ship every order within 24-48 hour time frame., large quantity orders (100 or more
      banners) please ask us for turn around time.

2. Are these Custom banners Do It Yourself products?
    - No, the custom banners are complete products, means we do all customizing
      work, at the price advertised. The banners are ready to be
      used when arrived.

3. Are these banners for outside or Indoor use?
    - We use scrim vinyl banner material designed for outdoor use
       under normal weather condition, should last 3months - 3 years.
      depends on method of installation, extreme weather condition, or
       vandalism, life expectancy would be shorter or longer.

4. What other material besides Vinyl banner printed?
    - We offer vinyl banner, mesh, textile banners, also, various material such as
      self stick vinyl prints, View through, vehicle prints, also backlit film printing offered.

5. Do you do both sides (2 sides) of the banners?
    - Yes, we do 2 side banners at 75% extra

6. What is the biggest size of banners do you offer?
    - Vinyl banner material without seam,, 8' X 150' available,
      larger sized banners done with media sewn together.
